GROUP AND EVENT SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded, full-time candidate eager to join our organization. You will be responsible for selling corporate events and private parties, ingoing and outgoing group sales and playing a key role in the launch of the private events program at Otherworld.

FACILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:
– Ensure proper security measures
– Cultivate and maintain relationships
– Recruit, Hire, and Train Staff
– Manage cleanliness of interior & exterior
– Day to Day Operations

The Facility Operations Manager ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, with a particular focus on general facility management including facility maintenance, safety, and compliance while apart of manager-on-duty program of opening, mid and closing shifts.

EXHIBIT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include:
– Technical Repairs & Maintenance
– Carry out opening/closing procedures
– Facility Maintenance
– Develop new exhibit installations

This role supports the preservation of current exhibits and operations technology, as well as contributes to new exhibit installations. This position will assist the Lead Technician in ensuring all repairs and preventative maintenance of exhibits and operations technology are executed, along with implementing improvements to evolve the facility’s overall experience.

EXHIBIT MANAGER

This role will be focused on managing the team of technicians and artists operating and maintaining the exhibition day-in and day-out, supporting special events, and contributing to new exhibit installations. This role is responsible for ensuring the execution and project management of all repairs and preventative maintenance of all exhibit technology, scenic art, props, and textiles, as well as implementing improvements to evolve and improve the overall experience.
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:

– Payroll
– Customer Service
– Operations

We are looking for someone with a passion for operating cutting-edge experiences for guests as well as strong supervisory experience in the entertainment and attractions industry. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our staff develop, while ensuring Otherworld Philadelphia and Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group achieve their financial and staffing goals. The Operations Manager ensures that day-to-day business run smoothly.
