EVENT SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive event sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.

-Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, event planners, and other potential Event customers.

-Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure.

-Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Otherworld Philadelphia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing event sales opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue opportunities. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation includes base salary plus a competitive tiered commission plan with uncapped earning potential.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities Include:

-Give magnificent guest service.

-Supervise the operations and sales staff.

-Maintain exhibit guide, cashiers and exhibit lead hourly labor to budget

-Ensure flawless presentation and cleanliness.

-Help wherever and whenever necessary. Shift management is just one part of Otherworld.

You will play a key role in assisting the leadership team of a facility within our nationwide portfolio of entertainment assets that includes Immersive Interactive Experiences. We seek a motivated, results-driven individual to help lead our Operations and Sales team. They are responsible for executing impeccable customer service, upholding company standards, and maximizing operational procedures for the facility. The Shift Supervisor will help to train, manage and implement company policies to motivate our Operations team working with security, clean team and exhibit guide. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and team player. This role reports to the Facility Operations Manager. 

FACILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities Include:
– Ensure proper security measures
– Cultivate and maintain relationships
– Recruit, Hire, and Train Staff
– Manage cleanliness of interior & exterior
– Day to Day Operations

The Facility Operations Manager ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, with a particular focus on general facility management including facility maintenance, safety, and compliance while apart of manager-on-duty program of opening, mid and closing shifts.

EXHIBIT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include:
– Technical Repairs & Maintenance
– Carry out opening/closing procedures
– Facility Maintenance
– Develop new exhibit installations

This role supports the preservation of current exhibits and operations technology, as well as contributes to new exhibit installations. This position will assist the Lead Technician in ensuring all repairs and preventative maintenance of exhibits and operations technology are executed, along with implementing improvements to evolve the facility’s overall experience.

EXHIBIT MANAGER

This role will be focused on managing the team of technicians and artists operating and maintaining the exhibition day-in and day-out, supporting special events, and contributing to new exhibit installations. This role is responsible for ensuring the execution and project management of all repairs and preventative maintenance of all exhibit technology, scenic art, props, and textiles, as well as implementing improvements to evolve and improve the overall experience.
OPERATIONS MANAGER

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our staff develop, while ensuring Otherworld Philadelphia and Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group achieve their financial and staffing goals. The Operations Manager ensures that day-to-day business run smoothly.
