PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY RULES
Guests are welcome to take photographs/video inside of Otherworld. Production equipment and lighting sources (tripods, stabilizers, reflectors, external lighting, flash, etc) are not permitted inside the exhibit. We ask that all visitors please respect the experience of others by not using photo/video accessories and sharing the space respectfully. We encourage you to visit on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday as those days often have fewer guests inside the space. A ticket is required to enter. We ask that you abide by the following policies when you are taking pictures/video
- Do not block any paths or entry/exits
- No nudity, semi-nudity, or sexually explicit images or videos may be taken or recorded at Otherworld
- Drones or other large professional photography/videography equipment may not be used, including professional lighting equipment
- No fee-based photography workshops or classes are to be held. Any persons or groups holding unauthorized events will be asked to leave without refund
- Valid ticket is required for entry
Otherworld can be booked for private photo/film shoots based on availability of any specific room or the entire exhibit. You may book specific rooms or the entire exhibit outside of regular operating hours.
Requests to book must be made and approved by Otherworld Philadelphia at least 48 hours prior to the requested film/photoshoot date. We recommend reaching out a week prior to the date to ensure availability and approval before the 48 hour deadline.
